A serene getaway
great size calm mood friendly staff
The rooms feature great size and cleanliness. The mood felt very calm and restful. Staff members were friendly and eager to assist. The setting offers a peaceful contrast to the busy city environment.
The rubbish bins require rubbish bags. That would be convenient.

The staff showed friendliness and a willingness to help, especially summer, ployly, kua and tiff. They were all very attentive. I found this a great asset, because it helped solve any problems efficiently and with a smile.

The hotel is not far from the city center! It offers a quiet setting though. It provides a quiet escape from the busy parts of town, though the commute is simple and fast via taxi or train.

inconsistent service unexplained amenities
The check-in process needs improvement. Staff did not explain the amenities like the pool or breakfast hours. It was also apparent that some staff showed discomfort when interacting with non-native speakers. This lack of consistency in service detracted from the overall experience.

spacious gardens available sunbeds convenient tuk-tuk
I found the hotel gardens beautiful and spacious. The pool area always had available sunbeds. Ordering snacks and drinks via the hotel app to my sunbed was convenient. A tuk-tuk to the nearest metro station was readily available.
