The rooms feature great size and cleanliness. The mood felt very calm and restful. Staff members were friendly and eager to assist. The setting offers a peaceful contrast to the busy city environment.
The rubbish bins require rubbish bags. That would be convenient.

The staff showed friendliness and a willingness to help, especially summer, ployly, kua and tiff. They were all very attentive. I found this a great asset, because it helped solve any problems efficiently and with a smile.

The check-in process needs improvement. Staff did not explain the amenities like the pool or breakfast hours. It was also apparent that some staff showed discomfort when interacting with non-native speakers. This lack of consistency in service detracted from the overall experience.

I found the hotel gardens beautiful and spacious. The pool area always had available sunbeds. Ordering snacks and drinks via the hotel app to my sunbed was convenient. A tuk-tuk to the nearest metro station was readily available.
